WHY CHOOSE AN APPRAISER WHO IS ALSO A REALTOR
There are several factors to take into consideration when appraising, and an appraiser who has not had any real estate experience is not trained to pinpoint certain aspects of a home that real estate agent can pick out in a second. As I have years of both property appraisal and as a certified real estate agent, I have ample experience in handling even the most difficult and complicated of appraisals. I am confident that I will provide you with the most accurate appraisal possible, and you will never rely on another appraisal company ever again. If you have any inquiries, please contact me via email or phone and you will see how a real appraiser handles your property appraisal.
